How do take action against a car dealer? - car action calgary

I bought a 2003 Honda Odyssey at 07 August. The transmission broke and cost me $ 3200th I heard he was involved in an accident and the transmission fluid was burned. According to the dealer on eBay was in mint condition and everything has been verified. I pay for the repair. He did not answer my calls or e-mail. I like to take this fraud against retailers for false advertising. What should I do.

Abu Z, I'm not knowlede when it comes to car repairs. Last year I had an accident with my Nissan Murano, and I was not sure how to solve them. I have tried the Web with, but the procedures are too complex for my skills. I ended up going to my dealship for repairs. The dealers tend to more than mom and pop repair fee, but they have seen all sorts of situations (insurance problems, repair issues, etc.) and always seems to ways to find help. Maybe you can try calling the shops in your area to see whether they can help. http://www.autorepairshoplocator.com

You need to get affidavits provided lback Wil your complaint. If you are in the same state may assert a claim. If you are over state borders, the amount is not large enough to attract the attention of the federalization of () in the rule. You can get an action on eBay, but it is not likely to be. You may need to consult a lawyer.

That's why I stopped buying on Ebay, etc. It is also within easy reach cheated. I absolutely do not recommend for large purchases.

They do not. She bought the car as it is and obviously chosen (unwisely) that do not have it be reviewed before purchase. It was almost a year since it happened. You're out of luck. ADDED ....... It is not even close, are suitable for "lemon law". Which applies only to new vehicles. The person who interprets it incorrectly.

Sorry to hear that, but what happens when you buy a car without first-hand. If you pay your money through eBay, PayPal, which agrees to the car because he bear no regrets. You can have a "lemon", but which require a lawyer. It is likely that he would take the case because they had the car for 8 months. Sorry and good luck
