I will start a new company, including me, and asked additional assistants. The company is in North Carolina. What are the legal requirements for health insurance, life insurance, retirement and for my new employee? It would be much easier for me to pay only the single additional 20%, or instead configure all the benefits office, a small business. What are the legal requirements in their case?
